Prodlabs22, S.L. (“the Operator”, Tax ID B72631633, address Pl. Torrent del Titit, s/n, contact info@nodetech.io) processes your data in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), as explained below.
What we process, why and on what basis
- Identification and contact (name, email) and billing/tax data: to manage your onboarding, the subscription and meet accounting and tax obligations. Basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
- Payment data: to charge the subscription. Handled directly by Stripe; we do not store your card or bank account. Basis: performance of the contract.
- Access email: to send you the one-time code that grants access to your panel. Basis: performance of the contract.
- Aggregated browsing data (if analytics is enabled): site-usage measurement without identifying you. Basis: legitimate interest.
We do not store your exchange API keys or credentials outside the server assigned to your service. The automated operation acts on your portfolio according to your rules, not on your profile: there is no Art. 22 GDPR automated decision-making about you.
Retention
We keep data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (commercial and tax).
Recipients
The following act as data processors (under a DPA): Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (secure panel access), the EU hosting provider (currently Hetzner Cloud) and the email provider. We only disclose data to public authorities where legally required. Your service is hosted in the EU; if any provider (e.g. Stripe or Cloudflare) processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@nodetech.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
